hey i am really new into cars, and i have a 92 integra RS

im in Guam right now and im planning to move to the states in another 2 years and i dont want to leave my car behind.
obviously i want it to be a 50 state legal car and use it as an everyday car. I know california has the toughest smog tests and I was just wondering if it was legal or even possible for me to do an engine swap with a gsr motor.

if not what do you think i should do to to give it a better boost legally?

Thanks.  I'm going to try to stick to Skunk2 and Type R items on my car with the exception of wheels.  I want the USDM Model look of the GSR instead of the JDM that everyone is already doing. I will update my pics as I do my upgrades.
