About my CRX
Factory vtec EF8 CRX, stripped to be tarmac rally car.
Engine is B20B block running B18C crank and aftermarked rods. 12.5:1 JE pistons, with B16B cams and adjustable cam gears on ported typer head. Integra typer intake and exhaust. Throttle body bored to 64mm. Engine works out to about 1940cc.
Gearbox is J1 from integra, running a typer civic LSD.
Engine dynotuned with Ben Ogles Rom editor (BRE) from pgmfi.org
Brakes are slotted Brembo with Hawk pads (facory 262mm size disks on EF8)
Suspension has adjustable top arms for camber front and rear, and adjustable front radius rods for castor.
Inside, car is stripped with full roll cage, racepro seats and Silvester camlock harnesses.
Homemade centre console with rally computer built in and custom shift light above instruments.
